What is the cancellation policy?

You will receive a full refund until you cancel the booking before pickup in most cases.

However, some suppliers also have other policies: free cancellations up to a few hours before pick-up time. If you cancel less than a few hours in advance, you will get a refund less than the fully prepaid amount or you will not receive a refund.

If you cancel AFTER then your fare is about to start, you will not receive any refund. If you do not pick up the car (usually called ‘no-show’), you will not receive any refund. Car rental companies call it a ‘no-show’ when you don’t pick up the car, for example: you don’t arrive at an arranged date and time, you don’t have the right documents, or you’re not eligible to rent, Or the main driver does not have a credit card with enough credit for the deposit.
